Radioactive Waste Expert Technician (m/f/x)

What you'll do

Their functions will be:

Coordination, control, monitoring, and supervision of work with risk of exposure to ionizing radiation.
Handling of contamination and radiation detection equipment, both fixed and portable.
Performing checks, functional tests, and calibrations of the radioactivity monitoring system (RMS).
Knowledge regarding the operation, logic of action, as well as the setting of setpoints for radiological protection equipment.
Handling of material characterization and spectrometry equipment.
Radiological protection work in facilities under normal operation and refueling.
Knowledge of cutting and decontamination activities on metallic waste.
Knowledge of the regulations applicable to the radiological protection of the facility.
Fluent handling of IT tools and measurement software.
Supervision of radiological characterization work of radioactive waste.
Handling of procedures and work orders
