We are currently looking for a person for the
Administration and Finance department for our offices in Barcelona at Illa Diagonal.
Your functions will consist of:
Downloading notifications and payment of fees.
Review, preparation, and payment of municipal inspections.
Quarterly declarations.
Control, communication, and management of insolvency proceedings
Submission of credit notes.
Control of internal documentation.
Administrative tasks related to the position.
We are looking for people with analytical, methodical, and organized capacity and with
experience in the described tasks or similar within an Administration department.
Working day: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:30 / Friday from 09:00
to 15:00 hs.
On-site work.
Covering sick leave would currently be 3 months (temporary)
Salary: 18,000 euros/year
