The role

We are looking for an administrative assistant for our delegation in Barcelona-Cornellà. If you have experience in logistics, you are an active person, and you are looking for stability in a leading courier company, we want to meet you. Help us move the world with efficiency and punctuality.

What you'll do

Data entry and management of delivery notes in the internal system.

Shipment tracking and incident management (breakages, absentees, failed deliveries).

Telephone customer service and support for the courier network.

Control of settlements and route closing.
