HR Administrator

Experience: Minimum 3 years performing similar functions within industrial environments or production plants.

Education: Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS in Administration and Finance, Executive Assistance, or equivalent) or similar.

Operational skills: Previous experience in the management and planning of work shifts.

Languages: Professional English level (minimum B2/C1)

Digital tools: Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and experience in using SAP.

Personal competencies: High communication skills, agility, analytical vision, and solid alignment with values of respect and entrepreneurial spirit.

Contract: Permanent, hired directly by the end-user company.

Remuneration: Remuneration commensurate with the experience provided.

In your day-to-day, you will be in charge of the 360º management of people on the plant, leading and providing support in the following areas:

• Talent Attraction and Onboarding: Coordination with consultancies and local agencies for the recruitment of technical/operational profiles, as well as guaranteeing an optimal onboarding and integration experience for new hires.
• Organization and Planning: Management and supervision of the distribution of work shifts at the plant according to production peaks and business needs.
• HR Analytics and KPIs: Control and monitoring of the department's key indicators (absenteeism control, overtime, turnover, etc.) and updating of the information system.
• Development and Performance: Implementation and monitoring of the corporate performance evaluation model, promoting the definition of objectives and continuous feedback.
• Training and Bonuses: Management of the center's training plan and processing of credits through FUNDAE.
• Personnel Administration and Temporary Agencies: Support in the preparation and validation of payroll data, clock-in control, and management of temporary agency (ETT) personnel.
• Safety and Corporate Projects: Collaboration in occupational prevention and safety campaigns, as well as in transversal initiatives for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
