Your responsibilities as an HR Administrator will include:
-Interviews. Weekly job postings on employment channels.
-CV screening.
-Personnel selection.
-Review daily clock-ins and speak with staff.
-Cover long and short shifts, and check that the supervisor covers them.
-Control of absences, permits, sick leave, etc.
-Staff vacations.
-Cover staff vacations.
-Vehicle GPS control.
-Check in the app that operators upload daily delivery notes.
-Personnel management, incidents, requests, clothing, contracts, products...
-Medical check-ups and training. OSH (Occupational Safety and Health).
-Gel stock.
-Access the planner in the Marcvaluate app.
M-F: Two options
9:00-13:30 and 14:30-16:00
9:00-13:30 and 15:30-17:00
Location: Santa Coloma
4-month contract + 6 months + permanent. Contract with the company, not with Randstad.
