We are looking for talent eager to learn and contribute, to join our team through a Commercial-Technical Internship. During this program, you will not just observe—you will be an active part of our daily operations. We offer a dynamic and educational environment where you will develop a 360º view of the business, working side by side with industry professionals.

What you'll do

Throughout your internship, your main areas of development and collaboration will be:

Commercial-Technical Collaboration: You will support the sales team by preparing documentation and presentations, allowing you to understand how solutions are technically presented to clients.

Market Analysis Training: You will be introduced to market research, learning to search for and analyze information about competitors and potential clients to help identify new opportunities.

Participation in Commercial Strategy: You will collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of marketing and sales actions, understanding how strategies are executed on a daily basis.

Introduction to Management Control: You will participate in tracking key business indicators (inventory, commercial risk) and provide support in gathering data for budget preparation.

Requirements

Internship Agreement (Mandatory): It is required that you are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program to formalize an educational cooperation agreement with your university or business school.

Academic Profile: Students in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering (Industrial Organization or related fields), Marketing, Economics, or similar degrees.

Tool Proficiency: Strong command of office software, especially Excel (for data analysis and management control) and PowerPoint (for creating client-facing visual presentations).

Personal Skills: We are looking for a proactive person with curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn. You must have good communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team.

Languages: A solid level of English (or other languages) is essential for researching market information and technical documentation.
