The role

We are looking for professionals with banking experience in Commercial Banking.

What you'll do

Attend to customers who come to the office to perform various banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, etc.

Sale of Financial Products and Services: Offer and sell banking products and services to customers, such as current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, insurance, etc.

Financial Advisory: Advise customers on their financial needs and offer personalized solutions.

Account Management: Open, close, and manage customers' bank accounts, as well as update their personal information.

Loan Processing: Collect the necessary documentation, evaluate the application, and process the approval of personal loans, mortgages, etc.

Claims Management: Attend to and resolve customer claims efficiently and professionally.

Risk Management: Identify and evaluate the risks associated with banking operations and take the necessary measures to mitigate them.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the bank's internal policies and current financial regulations.

Cashiering: Handle cash and other financial instruments, perform cash counts, and balance daily movements.

Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotion campaigns for the bank's products and services.

Requirements

Degree or student in Business Administration / Law / Economics / Accounting or similar.

Experience in the banking sector, bank office, is essential.

Correctly spoken Catalan and Spanish.

Availability to start on 21/12/26 and to work until April 2027

Benefits and conditions

We offer you a Temporary Contract (paternity cover). From 21/12/26 until April 2027

From 01/09 the schedule will be: Monday to Wednesday from 8-17h (1h for lunch), Thursday from 8-18h (2h for lunch) and Friday from 8-15h (15 min break). In August, the schedule will be from 8-15h, Monday to Friday.

Salary: 25439.83 /year.

Possibility of performing more cover assignments or opting for stable positions within the banking entity.

Location: Office located in Tarragona
