Delinquency Operations Manager

• Flexible start and end times from 7-9 to complete 7h 45' per day with 1h 15' for lunch; Fridays are intensive shifts from 8:00h to 14:30h.
• Remuneration: 1900 gross euros /month + meal allowance of 13.55 euros daily from Monday to Thursday.

-Academic training: A Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Sciences will be valued.

-Technical tools: Proficiency in the Office suite, especially advanced Excel.

-Experience/Knowledge:

Experience or knowledge in the banking tools environment (TF, PROMOR, GESCON, PROESP, or CXBK environment) will be valued.

Specialization in banking products (mortgage loans, cards), accounting notions, and interpretation of mortgage deeds is desirable.

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to join a major subsidiary of operational and technological services belonging to a large leading financial group in Spain.

In your day-to-day as a Foreclosure and Banking Operations Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensive support to the management processes:

-File Management: Processing, assignment, and monitoring of daily registrations and contract cancellations in specific products (EPI, Payment Plans, and EER).

-Operational Control and Incidents: Coordination with external and Back Office teams for the resolution of problematic contracts and review of policy compliance.

-Accounting Management and Consignments: Project for the accounting of amounts consigned in courts, resolution of unlocated entries, and control of payment plan openings.

-Quality Control and Sampling: Carrying out operational sampling, internal audits on specific operations, and analysis/interpretation of mortgage deeds.
