Account Analysis and Reconciliation: Analyze, propose, and record the items that make up creditor balances, improving accounting quality and driving cash recovery.
Port Authority Management: Analyze and reconcile account balances with Port Authorities, managing and claiming possible discrepancies.
Handling of Seizures and Chargebacks: Analyze documentary support, coordinate with Administration, and record the resolution of seizures associated with customers, as well as manage the resolution of chargebacks issued by insurers.
Monitoring of Balances and Advances: Control and monitor advances pending compensation and creditor balances that are contrary to their nature.
Accounting Close: Participate in key accounting close tasks with a direct impact on the business profit and loss account, ensuring timely recording without deviations.
Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee the execution of work with autonomy, responsibility, and strict adherence to the company's Ethics & Compliance policies.
Location: Madrid (Work center: Helios Building).
