What we're looking for

Experience in GPV/Sales: Minimum 2-3 years managing the point of sale in the consumer goods sector (Food).

  • Experience with large-format retailers: Direct knowledge of the dynamics and negotiation with managers at Carrefour, Alcampo, Eroski or similar.
  • Negotiation skills: Proven ability to secure additional visibility (end caps, islands and secondary locations) beyond the main shelf.
  • Analytical skills and autonomy: Ability to analyze sell-out data, manage your own routes and supervise external merchandising agencies.
  • Mobility flexibility: The role involves dynamic territory management, with the possibility of overnight stays away from home (maximum 20% of the time).

What you'll do

  • Strategic negotiation: Agreeing on extra spaces (end caps, islands, impulse zones) with Store Managers and Regional Managers.
  • Category management: Optimizing the shelf layout, ensuring a complete assortment and avoiding out-of-stocks.
  • Launches: Ensuring the success of new products and overseeing the execution of merchandising agencies.

- Commercial development: Negotiating terms (pricing, planograms) and sales/margin targets.

- Analysis and reporting: Monitoring sell-out, tracking photo compliance (NHT) and reporting on competitor activity.
