Bank Office Internship

Do you have academic training related to the following areas: Business Administration, Economics and/or Law and are you willing to undertake an internship? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you! Our goal is for you to be able to balance your studies with your first professional experience in the Banking Sector.

Your main duties will be:

• Receive and advise customers in the office, referring them to the appropriate area according to their needs: ATMs, self-service stations, or desks.- Assist customers at self-service stations* to:

a) Advise on performing basic operations: transfers, card PIN inquiries, direct debit returns, printing statements and certificates...etc.b) Provide information about our products and servicesc) Guide through the digitalization process: by helping them perform basic operations and showing them the different functionalities that the customer has access to through our web/app

• Assist customers at our ATMs to perform deposits and withdrawals- Perform quick operations through the PADs (Dynamic Attention Stations): deposit of checks, delivery of bank checks and financial cards, delivery of PINs to customers, etc.

• University academic training (Business Administration, Economics, Law or related).
• Possibility to formalize an internship agreement with a University.
• Proficiency in office tools (internal ERP, Excel, etc).
• Adequate verbal and non-verbal communication | Customer orientation.
• Availability for immediate incorporation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Duration: 6 months of internship + possibility of extension
