Performance of appraisals and valuations for rural assets.

University degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture.

Ability to analyze the market, attention to detail, and rigor in drafting reports.

Proactive, organized person with the ability to manage workloads autonomously.

A valid driver's license is essential, and ideally, access to a vehicle for site visits.

Previous experience in preparing valuation and appraisal reports will be valued.

Realización de tasaciones y valoraciones para activos rústicos.

Titulación universitaria en Arquitectura Superior o Arquitectura Técnica.

Capacidad de análisis de mercado, atención al detalle y rigor técnico en la redacción de informes.

Persona proactiva, organizada y con capacidad para gestionar volúmenes de trabajo de manera autónoma.

Imprescindible disponer de carné de conducir e idealmente vehículo propio para realizar las visitas técnicas.

Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa en la elaboración de informes de valoración y tasación.
