We are looking for a specialized technical profile to join an important company in the industrial sector at its plant in Colmenar Viejo. The main mission is to ensure production efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing area. This role combines a direct operational focus on the plant floor (60%) with a strategic vision aimed at process optimization (40%).

Production Management: Supervision of daily production, control of the master plan, and comprehensive management through the company's ERP.

Team Leadership: Functional supervision of a team of 15 to 17 operators through shift supervisors, with a career plan to take on direct hierarchical management in the future.

Education: Engineering degree.
