Shift Supervisor

Required experience: Demonstrable previous experience in management, coordination, and leadership of work teams (teams of up to 10 people), preferably in the logistics, mobility, fleet, or operational services sectors.

Driving license: Valid Type B driving license with practical driving experience.

Linguistic competencies: Fluent command of spoken Catalan for regular interaction with customers and local staff.

Key competencies: A very organized, meticulous profile, with an analytical vision for process optimization, an orientation toward service quality, and the ability to resolve unforeseen events quickly.

Salary remuneration: 21,000.00 gross per year (base set according to position and supervisory responsibility).

We offer you the opportunity to join as a Shift Supervisor, in charge of fleet supervision, driver distribution, and the optimization of pick-up and delivery flows between the base and the airport terminals.

In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for leading the operations of the assigned shift and guaranteeing fluidity in the vehicle transfer service, performing the following main responsibilities:

Team management and coordination: direct supervision and task distribution for a team of drivers (up to a maximum of 10 people) to optimize movements and transfer times.

Vehicle flow control: supervision and monitoring of the entry and exit records of cars from the work center base to the airport and vice versa.

Customer incident management and assistance: in-person and telephone assistance to users for the confirmation or modification of vehicle delivery and reception times.

Route planning and optimization: efficient assignment of drivers to minimize waiting times and ensure a punctual, high-quality service.

Contract type: Full-time permanent seasonal contract (mercantile) (a position of a stable nature with continuous activity).

Start date: immediate incorporation following the selection process.

Working day and schedule: Full-time distributed from Monday to Sunday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with alternating weekends and the rest periods stipulated by law:

Morning shift: from 04:00 h to 12:00 h.

Afternoon shift: from 12:00 h to 20:00 h.

Night shift: 22:00h to 04:00h (plus night shift premium)

Location: Work center located in the Sant Boi de Llobregat area / Carretera Antigua de Valencia km 4,3 (airport surroundings).
