We are looking for 2 dynamic, committed, and customer-oriented people to join the stand of a renowned company located in a major reference shopping center specializing in decoration and home in Badalona.
Your main function is to manage and facilitate the transport service and immediate logistics intermediation for the purchases made by the center's customers.
Customer service and advice: Reception and resolution of doubts at our service point.
Active commercial management: Capturing and providing information on transport services to potential customers in-store (as well as attending to customers referred by the center's staff or regulars).
Data registration: Taking information and processing orders using mobile devices / PDA.
Merchandise management: Collecting the purchase brought by the customer to the stand and its subsequent transfer to the internal warehouse for loading by the carrier.
Location: Badalona, Poligono de Montigala

Working day: Part-time (25 - 30 hours per week / 5-6 h daily)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (weekly rotating shifts)
Start date: Around November 3rd (Initial training)
The service operates from Monday to Saturday within the global schedule of 10:30 h to 20:00 h, organized into two shifts of 5 hours daily that rotate weekly:
Morning Shift: 10:30 h to 15:30 h
Afternoon Shift: 15:00 h to 20:00 h
(Shifts are coordinated through a planned monthly roster. There is flexibility for shift changes between colleagues upon prior communication).
