The role

We are looking for a reception professional to join our team. You will be the point of reference for our office, ensuring that both clients and employees have the best possible experience in their daily dealings. If you have people skills, basic English, and a passion for doing a job well, we are waiting for you!

What you'll do

Answering and logging calls. Attending to and registering visitors. Managing internal and external mail. Managing courier services and parcels. Managing travel/taxis. Managing meeting rooms. Ordering office supplies. Coordinating with maintenance providers.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:30 to 19:30, and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00h

Responsibilities

Start date: December 2026.

Requirements

Previous experience in Reception

Basic English.

Excellent communication skills, high organizational capacity, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and professional conduct appropriate for a banking entity.
