Hotel Receptionist

Do you have experience as a hotel receptionist? Do you have a good command of German, English, and Italian? If so, at Randstad, we are looking for you!

Among your responsibilities as a hotel receptionist with English and German:

Welcoming and receiving hotel guests.

Maintaining the hotel's check-in and check-out records.

Managing reservations and cancellations.

Managing revenue.

Responding to requests and questions.

Providing tourist information.

Gross annual salary according to the collective agreement + the hotel's improvement pact.

Possibility of direct hiring through the hotel

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a hotel receptionist.

Possibility of immediate incorporation

Availability to work night shifts

A good level of English is essential

Driving licence essential

Acoger y recibir a los huéspedes del hotel.

Mantener el registro de las entradas y salidas del hotel.

Gestionar reservas y cancelaciones.

Gestionar los ingresos.

Dar respuesta a las peticiones y preguntas.

Ofrecer información turística.

Salario bruto anual según convenio colectivo + pacto de mejore del hotel.

Posibilidad de incorporación directa a través del hotel

Experiencia mínima de 1 año trabajando como recepcionista en hoteles.
