The role

Caser Residencial wants to incorporate a Customer Service Manager into its Caser Cuidados team in Madrid.

What you'll do

-Acquisition of external clients and commercial service to families.

-Carrying out the commercial service of the center with visits to hospitals or social services.

-Strengthening relationships with the sector's reference agents.

-Carrying out commercial agreements with companies and associations.

-Service and advice to the potential client regarding the resource most suitable to their needs, and management of social demands.

-Coordinating the admission, welcome, and adaptation of new residents.

-Supervision and management of the team in their charge.

-Retention of the internal client.

-Marketing of the center.

Requirements

Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or any other social profile.

Commercial experience in the socio-sanitary sector.

Experience in customer service.

At least one year of experience in a residence is valued.

Have availability to work one weekend per month.

Social skills, proactivity, and initiative.

Valuable:

Intermediate level of English.

Immediate availability.
