Technical Leadership and RPA Strategy
Design and Architecture: Define and supervise the end-to-end automation solution architecture using Blue Prism, guaranteeing scalability, security, and development best practices.
Governance and Standards: Establish and ensure compliance with frameworks (Center of Excellence / CoE), coding standards, naming conventions, and regulations for the reuse of objects/components in Blue Prism.
Feasibility Assessment: Analyze business processes to determine their technical viability, return on investment (ROI), and complexity level before development.
Team and Project Management
Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and support RPA developers and business analysts (BA) during the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Code Reviews and QA: Perform deep code reviews and supervise unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Deployment Management: Coordinate production releases and the management of Blue Prism infrastructure/environments (Control Room, Runtime Resources, Application Servers).
Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
Support and Monitoring: Supervise the stability of bots in production, managing complex exceptions, incident management, and contingency plans.
Advanced Integration: Lead the integration of Blue Prism with APIs, databases (SQL), Cloud services (AWS, Azure), and complementary technologies (OCR, AI/ML, NLP).
