Previous Experience: Solid track record in store management and team management within the Retail, Food & Beverage, or Gourmet sector. (Previous experience in managing tourist centers is not required, but experience in store management and customer service is).
Languages: Spanish: Essential (professional fluent level).
English: Essential (high level for assisting tourists and international customers).
French: Highly valued.
Digital and IT Competence: Operational profile, skilled in the use of point of sale (POS) systems and IT/KPI analysis tools. Attitude and Work Style: Very hands-on profile (directly involved in daily floor operations), proactive, detail-oriented, and with the ability to manage unforeseen events.
Fixed Salary: €25,000 gross/year.
Variable Pay: €2,000 gross/year linked to the achievement of turnover KPIs and point-of-sale performance.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): €27,000 gross/year.
Rest Conditions: 1 free weekend per month guaranteed via the roster.

Guaranteed Minimum Work-Life Balance: Despite being a Monday-to-Sunday schedule according to shifts, one free weekend per month is guaranteed via the roster. Differentiated Experience: It is not just traditional retail sales, but the integral management of an experiential space (storytelling, tastings, events).
Commercial and In-Store Management (KPIs): Control, monitoring, and analysis of store traffic, conversion rate, average ticket, units per ticket (UPT), and purchase frequency.
Management of the Visit and Experience Space: Coordinate and energize the flow of tastings and guided visits (frequency of 1 session every hour, with capacities of 20 to 25 people) and boost the conversion of visitors to boutique buyers. External Business Development and Prospecting: Perform active local prospecting to capture business in the area (agreements with nearby hotels, guides, tourism agencies) and coordinate occasional corporate events.
Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and unify a team of 5 to 6 people. Visual Merchandising and Image: Ensure impeccable compliance with the store's visual standard and strict uniformity in black.
