Location: Main plant in SEAT Martorell with local mobility.

Start date: IMMEDIATE!

Rotating shifts Morning/Afternoon/Night/Central (5:45-13:45 // 13:45-21:45 // 21:45-05:45 // 08:00-16:00). Possibility of working some Saturday mornings or Sunday nights (occasionally)

The role

Do you have experience in the automotive sector and are you passionate about quality control? Are you looking to make the leap into team management in a top-tier environment?

At Randstad, we are looking for a Quality Team Leader to join on a Permanent basis for the BCN03 project (SEAT Martorell plant) and its strategic suppliers in the area.

What you'll do

Implementation of new part inspection activities. Generate the necessary documentation for the start of new activities (inspection guidelines, startup checklists, etc.).

Training of inspectors and monitoring of activities.

Acting as the point of contact with the client.

Requirements

Previous experience in part inspection activities within the automotive sector and team management.

Proficiency in basic office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Leadership Skills: Ability to organize shifts, motivate the team, and report incidents.

Attitude: Proactive person, with a great eye for detail and accustomed to working under industrial production rhythms.

Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
