What we're looking for

University degree, preferably in Psychology, Pedagogy, Sociology, or Law.
Consolidated experience performing personnel selection and job placement tasks, and managing recruitment sources with Foundations, Associations, and NGOs, will be valued.
High level of office skills.

The role

What you'll do

Establish contacts and sign agreements with non-profit entities for the incorporation of groups with special difficulties in job placement.
Carry out recruitment and selection processes based on staffing needs.
Manage selection providers.
Manage job portals, tools, and job portals within the personnel selection area.
Collaborate in the implementation of development plans: performance evaluation, job analysis, development of evaluation, and potential management.
Commit to compliance with and dissemination of our Code of Ethics and its "Compliance" system, especially in the areas of criminal law, anti-bribery, and competition defense.
