Requirements

What we're looking for

Required training: Technical training (Intermediate/Higher Degree in electromechanics or OSH) or a Degree in Technical Engineering.

Previous professional experience in industrial environments and production plants.

IT tools: Proficiency in Excel.

Personal competencies: Proactive, observant, organized, and decisive profile with the ability to work in a team and promote a preventive culture.

Nice to have

Valuable: Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and B1 level English.

The role

Do you have technical or OSH training and experience in industrial environments? At Randstad, we are looking for a candidate like you!

What you'll do

Reporting to the Environment, Energy, and Occupational Health and Safety Manager, your main functions will be:

Provide technical and operational field support focused on industrial safety and working conditions in the plant.

Collaborate in the investigation of accidents and incidents, as well as perform the monitoring and verification of the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Perform periodic safety inspections, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Supervise the risks associated with machinery, facilities, and production processes in coordination with Maintenance and Production.

Participate in awareness campaigns, safety observations, and the updating of OSH documentation.

Ensure compliance with and provide support to management systems (ISO standards for quality, environment, and OSH)

How you'll work

Initial temporary contract with high possibilities of continuity and direct incorporation into the permanent staff depending on performance.

Full-time with flexible start times (between 7:30h and 9:30h) and an end time adjusted from 16:30h along with the team.
