At Randstad, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist Technician to join the Talent team of the Corporate Area of a leading logistics operator.
Integrated into an agile team (HRBP + Technician) and providing direct support to the Cabanillas 3, Cabanillas 1, and Fontanar centers, you will assume the following responsibilities:
-Payroll management and labor administration: Full cycle of registrations, terminations, contracts, settlements, incident reporting, and monthly review of variables and payroll through the Atisa program.
-Employee management and support: Attendance control, review of clock-ins, absenteeism, and resolution of labor inquiries from the operational warehouse staff.
-Occupational Health and Safety: Participation in and follow-up of meetings with the Health and Safety Committee.
-Training: Organization, follow-up, and logistical support for training sessions at the centers.
-HRBP Support: Continuous collaboration in daily procedures and special operations across the different platforms.
-Contract: Temporary for interim purposes (substitution for medical leave).
-Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:30h to 17:30h, with schedule flexibility.
-Mode: 100% on-site.
