Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience of at least 2-3 years performing similar functions in agencies or consultancies.

Advanced mastery of A3 software (A3innuva / A3nom) is essential.

Technical training in Labor Relations, Administration and Finance, Social Degree, or similar.

Attention to detail: we are looking for someone rigorous for whom not even a comma escapes.

Organizational capacity: to manage the usual end-of-month workload peaks with a smile.

What you'll do

Management of the full payroll and social security cycle.

Registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security (RED System / SILTRA).

Processing of sick leave reports (both for occupational accidents and common illness) through Delta/Fid@.

Preparation of employment contracts and extensions (Contrat@).

Settlement of taxes corresponding to the area (Forms 111 and 190).

Direct attention and advice to clients on basic labor matters.
