As an SSB Technician (OSH Manager), you will be responsible for coordinating the management of Safety, Health, and Wellbeing of TKE employees, promoting, and helping to implement improvement plans in line with the policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines of both the Group and the company, with the objective of achieving a ZERO Vision (0 harm, 0 incidents, 0 failures, 0 errors).

Establish short, medium, and long-term strategic plans for the reduction of accident rates and the improvement of working conditions

Report and propose actions to adapt at all times to the current legislation that may be applicable to the company.

Perform risk assessments within the company, especially those whose development requires the establishment of a measurement strategy to ensure that the results obtained effectively characterize the situation being assessed.

Perform the Safety Plans required when the company acts as a main contractor

Perform reviews of initial risk assessments when necessary, proposing control and risk reduction measures based on the results.
