What you'll do

Attraction and Selection: Manage the recruitment processes for management, technical, administrative, and operational staff profiles of the shopping center.
Onboarding and Welcome: Design and implement welcome plans to ensure the rapid integration of new employees.
Organization of weekly staff rosters as well as control of schedules and vacations
Personnel Administration: Coordinate with the external consultancy the preparation of payroll, attendance control, management of sick leave (IT), vacations, contracts, and settlements.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 (possibility to flex the lunch hour to leave earlier)
