What we're looking for

Extensive knowledge of the insurance business and claims management. More than 3 years of experience in claims or technical insurance areas.

Experience in the processing and monitoring of complex files.

Experience and participation in projects focused on the definition, review, and optimization of processes.

Experience in information analysis and the preparation of improvement proposals.

Transversal vision of the business and orientation toward transformation projects.

Highly analytical profile oriented toward data-driven decision-making.

Capacity to work with large volumes of information and convert them into improvement proposals.

Capacity to coordinate initiatives with different areas (Operations, Technology, Data, Providers, etc.).

Nice to have

Bachelor's Degree in Law (desirable).

The role

At Randstad, we are looking to select a Property Claims Technician to join Mapfre at its headquarters in Majadahonda, through a temporary contract via an employment agency (IT) plus holidays.

What you'll do

Main mission: to guarantee the technical monitoring and continuous improvement of Property Claims processes, providing specialized knowledge of the insurance business, analytical capacity, and a transversal vision to drive transformation projects, optimize operational management, and contribute to the improvement of the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the activity.

Technical monitoring of Property Claims activity.
Analysis of complex files and support in decision-making.
Definition, review, and optimization of operational processes.
Preparation and monitoring of management indicators.
Participation in transformation and continuous improvement projects.
Coordination with business, technology, data, and provider areas.
Identification of efficiency and automation opportunities.
Preparation of executive reports and monitoring of action plans.
Support in the design and evolution of operating models.
