Within the Member Service department you will carry out the following duties:
Recording orders, queries and forwarding tasks to other departments.
Following up on incidents until they are resolved.
Managing customer emails
Information, searching, and tracking of customer items with supply issues
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Schedule from 10 to 15 and from 17 to 20
Your salary will be 11.42 euros gross/hour
You will work in Gavá, in an industrial estate area, so you will need a car or motorbike.
Temporary contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
