IT Technician (Industrial Environment)

From the GRUPO RAS ALZIRA office, we are selecting an IT TECHNICIAN (INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT) for direct incorporation into an important international company in the industrial sector located in Alzira.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Control and supervision of the IT department.
-Information security coordinator.
-Cybersecurity controller (FORTINET).
-Management of PRTG, system monitoring system.
-Virtualization of environments with ESX Vsphere.
-Administration of Office 365 licenses along with Azure Endpoint.
-Administration, installation, and maintenance of the company's corporate network. (HP and Aruba).
-Management of the IT team (IT support, incident resolution, telephone switchboard).
-Liaison with contracted service providers and incident management.
-Configuration of new machines and software in external warehouses.
-Maintenance of PCs.
-Ensuring the correct operation of servers.
-Providing support to workers (helpdesk).
-Development of appropriate cybersecurity strategies, according to parameters defined by the group.
-Provisioning and management of telephony solutions.
-Creation of VLANs, implementation of network security rules.
-Monitoring of mandatory cybersecurity courses for all staff.

-Vocational training or Intermediate/Advanced Level Training Cycle.
-Minimum English level B2.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Departments, preferably in industrial environments.
-IT knowledge (networking, Windows, virtualization, cybersecurity (FORTINET), Vsphere, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ARUBA switches)

-Direct incorporation into the company's workforce.
-Permanent contract.
-Flexible schedule where 8:25 hours must be completed each day so that on Fridays you can leave at 3:00 PM and in summer have a reduced working day from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
-Salary €28,000 Gross/year

Desde la oficina de GRUPO RAS ALZIRA seleccionamos un/a TÉCNICO/A INFORMÁTICO/A (ENTORNO INDUSTRIAL) para incorporación directa a importante empresa internacional del sector industrial ubicada en Alzira.

👌 TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
-Control y supervisión del departamento informático.
-Coordinador de seguridad de la información.
-Controlador de Ciberseguridad (FORTINET).
-Gestión de PRTG, sistema de control de los sistemas.
-Virtualización de entornos con ESX Vsphere.
-Administración de licencias de Office 365 junto con Azure Endpoint.
-Administración, instalación y mantenimiento de la red corporativa de la compañía. (HP y Aruba).
-Gestión del equipo informático (soporte informático, resolucion de incidencias, centralita telefonica).
-Enlace con los proveedores de servicios contratados y gestión de incidencias.
-Configuración de nuevas máquinas y software en almacenes externos.
-Mantenimiento de los PC´s.
-Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los servidores.
-Dar soporte a los trabajadores (helpdesk).
-Desarrollo de estrategias de ciberseguridad adecuadas, según parámetros definidos por el grupo.
-Aprovisionamiento y gestión de las soluciones de telefonía.
-Creación de VLANS, implantación de reglas de seguridad de red.
-Seguimiento de cursos de ciberseguridad obligatorios para todo el personal.

-Formación profesional o Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio/Superior.
-Mínimo inglés Nivel B2.
-Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en Departamentos de IT, preferiblemente en entornos industriales.
-Conocimientos informáticos (networking, Windows, virtualización, ciberseguridad (FORTINET), Vsphere, Windows Server, Active Directory , DHCP,DNS, Swichtes ARUBA)

-Incorporación directa a plantilla de empresa.
-Contrato indefinido.
-Horario flexible donde se deben realizar 8:25h cada día para los viernes poder salir a las 15:00 y en verano tener jornada reducida de 08:00h a 15:00h.
-Salario 28.000€ Bruto/año
