We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in Europe, working 100% in English. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with international teams.

What you'll do

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quotation/budgeting.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions within Salesforce.

  • Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and processes.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Support integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).

Education & certifications

🎓 Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer certification required.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in business process analysis and improvement, particularly in sales and quoting/budgeting processes.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration.

  • Good understanding of data models, database concepts, and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).

  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
