CAE Team Coordinator - CAE Documentation and Platforms Management

Coordinate the team that manages Business Activity Coordination (CAE) documentation, ensuring the correct registration and updating of corporate and employee documents across our clients' various web platforms.

Main functions:

• Uploading, controlling, and monitoring corporate and staff documentation on each client's CAE platforms.
• Verifying compliance with documentary requirements requested by clients regarding prevention and regulations.
• Drafting communications and interacting via email with clients and the internal team.
• Occasional information searching and efficient management of PDF files (merging, splitting, editing).

• Coordination of CAE Administrative staff
• Knowledge of the most common CAE platforms such as: CTAIMA, e-Coordina, eGestiona, Twind, Dokify, Achilles, etc.
• Handling of digital tools: Proficiency in office suites, Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), reading and editing PDFs with Adobe, and high agility in web navigation.
• Digital competence and active searching: Fluency in searching for information on the internet and using AI tools (Gemini) to optimize daily tasks.
• Professional communication: Ability to draft and respond to emails with speed, precision, clarity, and conciseness.
• Autonomy and resolution: Proactivity and initiative to resolve incidents in a self-sufficient manner.
• Teamwork: Ease of adaptation and integration into a small and dynamic team (4 people).
• Coordination of Administrative teams with high client interaction.
• Previous knowledge or training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), given that CAE management derives from prevention regulations.
