The role
The mission of this position will be to ensure the correct functioning of the Pest Control service teams in the assigned region, in accordance with the strategy defined by the Operations Management, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Among the most important functions, the following stand out:
- Customer Management: ensuring the performance of services to customers, guaranteeing quality execution of the same.
- Team / People Management: Leading and working with teams to keep them informed, motivated, and focused on achieving objectives.
- Operations and Sales Management: overseeing the timely and proper execution of contracted services.
All of this framed within the strategy set by the operations management and the regional manager and within certain KPIs for which compliance must be ensured.
Requirements
Training and other qualifications: University degree in biosanitary fields or engineering. Specialized professional qualification in the pest sector level III (Service management for the control of harmful organisms) is valued.
Previous professional experience: A minimum of five years as a team leader in service companies is required, not necessarily in the pest sector.
Experience in the position: At least 3 years of experience as a work team leader, experience in process and project management, and accustomed to working with business indicators (KPIs)
Specific skills
1) Knowledge of operations and/or customer services
2) Manager of multifunctional operations teams
3) Management ERP, reporting tools at user level
4) Office Suite (Excel/Word/Pwp) or user of Google WS environment suite
Languages: English, C1 level valued, minimum B2
