✨ Would you like to lead a restaurant where customer experience, the team, and Asian culture are the soul of everything? ✨

🙋🏻‍♂️ We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar. Does that sound good to you?

🎯 Your mission will consist of leading the operations, the team, and the restaurant's results, being the example and point of reference for the team. You will set the pace and ensure that everything comes out perfect.

What you'll do

✅ Guaranteeing the best experience for the customer, taking care of the quality of service and the restaurant's image.

✅ Leading, training, and developing your team, accompanying them in their growth.

✅ Organizing the restaurant's operations: schedule planning (Mapal), incident management, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.

✅ Managing weekly orders, stock, and monthly inventories.

✅ Analyzing the restaurant's results: monitoring sales, costs, and customer satisfaction (Cover Manager).

✅ Ensuring compliance with our quality and safety standards.

📝 You will be the ideal profile if you have...

👥 You have at least 1 year of previous experience leading front-of-house teams or managing restaurants (if it is in casual dining, even better).

🦸‍♂️ Good leadership skills and care for the customer experience.

💻 You handle tools such as: Mapal, Cover Manager, and Microsoft Office or similar.

💡 You organize yourself well, you anticipate problems, and you know how to make decisions with agility.

⏰ You have full availability and you love the rhythm of the shift.
