What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus, we are looking for a new operator to join our team in Irun.

What you'll do

Traffic management: planning, coordinating, and monitoring loads within the import, national, and automotive sectors.
Documentary control: verification of transport documentation.
Coordination with clients: operational customer service, incident resolution, and shipment status updates.
Relationship with suppliers: contact with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics operators to ensure deadline compliance.
Incident management: analysis, recording, and proposal of operational solutions.
KPI monitoring: control of times, service quality, and compliance with standards.
Use of tools: handling TMS, ERP, and tracking platforms for daily operations management.
