Insurance & Claims Trainee

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus Group, we are looking for an intern for the Insurance & Claims department, who wants to develop in a dynamic environment and gain practical experience in insurance and claims management.

With the support of the team, you will collaborate on:

• Support in the management of insurance policies (transport, liability, and other coverages).
• Receiving, analyzing, and processing claims from clients, correspondents, and suppliers.
• Monitoring claims and supporting their resolution until closure.
• Coordination with insurance companies, surveyors, and internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Legal, etc.).
• Updating the incidents and claims database.
• Preparing reports and loss statistics.
