Audiovisual Solutions Pre-sales Specialist

We are looking to hire an Audiovisual (AV) Solutions Pre-sales Specialist to support the sales team in developing business opportunities within the Enterprise market, providing technical knowledge, business vision, and the ability to design solutions tailored to each client's needs.

The selected person will participate in the entire pre-sales cycle, from identifying needs and designing the solution to the preparation, presentation, and defense of the technical-economic proposal, collaborating closely with clients, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams.

• Analysis and consulting: support the sales team in client meetings to identify needs, detect opportunities, and propose value-added audiovisual solutions.

• AV solution design: define audiovisual architectures and solutions adapted to different corporate environments, such as meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and hybrid work environments.

• Proposal preparation: prepare technical documentation and technical-economic proposals, sizing solutions and evaluating costs, feasibility, risks, and economic impact.

• Cost models and budgets: develop cost models, request and analyze quotes, and ensure the technical and economic consistency of the proposals.

• Complex project management: coordinate opportunities that integrate hardware, installation, project management, and support services, including international scope solutions.

• Relationship with manufacturers and suppliers: collaborate with manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors to define solutions, validate configurations, obtain offers, and optimize the presented proposals.

• Presentation and defense of solutions: explain and defend technical and economic proposals to clients, conveying the benefits and the differential value of each solution.

• Proof of concept and demonstrations: lead demonstrations, pilots, and proofs of concept to validate innovative solutions or technologically advanced scenarios.

• Opportunity follow-up: work alongside the sales team throughout the entire opportunity cycle, contributing to the development of the proposal and the closing of the business.

• Innovation and continuous improvement: identify new technologies, tools, and trends in the audiovisual market that allow for the development of new value propositions for clients.

• University degree in a technological field, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.

• At least 3 years of experience in technological pre-sales, preferably in audiovisual solutions, Workplace, or corporate collaboration environments.

• Experience in solution design, preparation of technical-economic offers, and management of complex projects for Enterprise clients.

• Knowledge of AV technologies and solutions from manufacturers such as LG, Crestron, Logitech, Neat, Yealink, Samsung, and Cisco, among others.

• Experience working with manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Good communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work in a team with technical and commercial profiles.
