Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in International Trade, Transport, or Logistics.
At least 1 year of experience in similar functions or in sea freight operations (Forwarding / Freight Forwarder).
Intermediate-advanced level of English.
Good command of office tools (Office suite, Windows environment, email...).
High capacity for adaptation, desire to learn, and clear customer orientation (internal and external).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Goal orientation and teamwork.

At TIBA, we are looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist to reinforce our team and continue driving an excellent, agile, and customer-oriented service.What will your functions be?

What you'll do

You will be a key piece of the internal commercial engine, working in coordination with different departments to guarantee an efficient and high-quality service.

Preparing quotes for clients following the instructions of the Commercial Manager and the sales team, through our internal ERP.
Performing maintenance of commercial offers and collaborating in the resolution of incidents.
Proposing improvements to the IT department to optimize the quoting tool.
Ensuring compliance with the sales policies defined by the sales team.
