The role
At Grupo Planeta we are looking for a Operations Support Technician for VIU, part of our division Planeta Formación y Universidades.
Your main mission will be to guarantee the continuity and fluidity of daily operations, acting as the fundamental pillar in incident resolution and technical support for our internal applications. You will be the reference person to diagnose, prioritize, and quickly resolve problems experienced by users. Additionally, you will use your analytical capacity and your automation skills (Python/Excel) not only to solve specific failures, but to identify their structural origin, eradicate bottlenecks, and ensure that teams adopt digital tools efficiently and without friction.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Process Automation: Develop small scripts and automation solutions for repetitive tasks and workflow optimization.
- Support: Agilely learn the functioning of internal applications to provide support to users and resolve incidents.
- Identify improvements: Proactively identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunity in daily processes, proposing and implementing operational solutions to improve team efficiency.
- Change Management: Act as a facilitator during the implementation of new digital tools, helping the team adapt to new environments.
