• Previous experience in HR consulting or internal training teams in professional services companies will be especially valued.
• Between 4 and 6 years of experience in positions related to Training.
• University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related disciplines.
• High level of English.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in the design, management, and monitoring of corporate training plans.
• High analytical capacity and orientation toward data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Organized, autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive changes that generate impact.
• Experience working with LMS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors Learning, and learning experience tools (LXP)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Responsible and efficient use of AI tools, mainly MS Copilot.

• Postgraduate training or specialization in Human Resources, Learning, or Organizational Development is desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and automation tools will be highly valued.

We are looking for a person with a consultative vision, business orientation, and a passion for training, capable of driving learning initiatives that contribute to the growth of our professionals and the achievement of the firm's strategic objectives.

As part of the Learning and Development team, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and evolution of the organization's learning strategy, participating in projects such as:

• Acting as an internal partner to the training managers of the various functions and departments, offering advice for the implementation of their training plans, monitoring execution, and proposing improvements.
• Supervising the correct execution of the training plan, ensuring its monitoring, compliance, and alignment with established objectives, as well as satisfaction and utilization.
• Designing, coordinating, and driving training initiatives and programs, both internal and external, guaranteeing a high-quality learning experience.
• Coordinating the relationship with providers and collaborating in the management of training subsidies through FUNDAE.
• Collaborating in continuous improvement, digitalization, and process automation initiatives, contributing to a more efficient and data-oriented Learning function.
• Participating in cross-functional projects linked to capability development, upskilling, and reskilling of the firm's professionals.
• Driving the use and adoption of digital learning tools, fostering a culture of continuous development and lifelong learning.
