Insurance Consultant

📚 At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or commercial functions in an insurance brokerage, insurance company, or similar.
💡 Basic knowledge of financial or insurance products.
🎯 An organized, rigorous, and proactive person, with a high orientation toward the client and detail.
💬 Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
🖥️ Fluent use of office tools and agility in digital environments.

📃 Permanent contract.
📍 Location: Tenerife
💻 Hybrid work model: 3 days office / 2 days home office.
🕓 Flexible schedule and intensive working day every Friday of the year, in addition to July and August.

Do you want to be part of the operational engine of an expanding broker and be key to both technical excellence and our relationship with our clients?

You will be part of the Burgos team, combining key administrative tasks with an active role in communication and commercial support. You will be the link between our clients and the technical teams, managing their needs proactively and ensuring an agile and professional experience.

📝 Issuing policies, endorsements and receipts within expected deadlines and quality standards.
📂 Document management and administrative follow-up of operations.
🧾 Control and reconciliation of receipts with insurers and internal departments.
🔁 Support with administrative tasks arising from the placement, renewal and monitoring of risks.
🤝 Coordination with technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.
🧑💼 Direct liaison with clients for the management and resolution of incidents, follow-up of renewals and identification of opportunities.
📈 Support in preparing commercial proposals and participation in client loyalty initiatives.
🔍 Review of data, data uploads and support in preparing reports.
