The role

MISSION.

With a focus on customer experience, the main mission will be to participate in and provide the cross-functional vision of insurance benefits delivery in Santalucía Group projects that require the involvement of the area, contributing knowledge for the optimized search for solutions to implement new processes and tools.

What you'll do

Participate in projects as part of the work team.
Ensure a global vision of the area in all projects in which they participate.
Provide support to the project manager and IT Lead in relation to and in the search for solutions with an integrated vision of the insurance world and benefits delivery.
Participate in the definition and execution of the project in accordance with the corresponding plan, ensuring the achievement of assigned milestones and compliance with the overall project roadmap in which they participate.
Convey the insurance business and services vision to the project manager and IT Lead to find the best solution in the tool and processes.
Convey the operational vision to the project manager and the IT Lead, according to business requirements.
Report the progress of assigned milestones to the project manager.
Apply lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement of management.
Detect potential risks in operations that may influence the achievement of results and propose improvements.
