Organization Design & Process Specialist Country: Spain

Banco Santander is looking for a Organization Design & Process Specialist based in Boadilla del Monte.

As an Organization Design & Process Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and executing end-to-end organizational processes with high-quality standards.

Your role will go beyond execution: you will actively participate in strategic intake with the business, translating organizational needs into robust, efficient, and scalable processes, and subsequently ensuring excellent delivery and continuous improvement of the model.

You will act as the connection point between business, processes, and technology, ensuring that solutions not only work but are also well-designed from the start.

· Understand business needs and structure them into clear, actionable requirements

· Translate organizational needs into well-defined, robust processes aligned with the global model

· Design efficient solutions in Workday, ensuring coherence, scalability, and data quality

· Participate in defining and evolving the organizational model

· Implement organizational processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards

· Ensure the correct configuration of organizational structures, positions, and attributes

· Ensure top-quality execution of organizational processes
