Prosumer Key Account Manager

• Experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, business development, or strategic account management within industrial, energy, electrical, or technology environments.
• Ability to combine a strong commercial orientation with a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and converting them into actionable opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Prosumer market, customer dynamics, electrification trends, distributed energy, electrical infrastructure, related services, and associated solutions.
• Experience managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders, including business, technical, operational, financial, and procurement profiles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, mobilizing resources to build value propositions, advance opportunities, and generate new commercial discussions.

Role Purpose

The Prosumer Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with strategic accounts within the Prosumer business in Iberia, combining disciplined account management with a business development mindset focused on identifying customer needs, uncovering new opportunities, and driving growth. The objective is to position Schneider Electric as a trusted partner by gaining a deep understanding of each account's challenges and building value propositions tailored to their priorities.

The role will act as a key link between customers, the sales force, and internal teams, ensuring that interactions with key accounts go beyond commercial follow-up activities to uncover future needs, anticipate market trends, qualify opportunities, and mobilize the necessary resources to convert them into business. It will require balancing strong customer proximity with a consultative, analytical, and proactive approach.

This position will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with strategic customers, creating new value-based conversations, identifying prospective clients, and contributing to the profitable growth of the Prosumer business through a balanced combination of account management, business development, and cross-functional coordination.

This position will have a direct impact on the growth of the Prosumer business in Iberia by strengthening relationships with strategic accounts, identifying new customer needs, and creating development opportunities with existing and prospective customers. Its contribution will be key to connecting market realities with Schneider Electric's value proposition, accelerating opportunity conversion, and enriching the Prosumer strategy with relevant commercial insights.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Prosumer accounts across Iberia, building strong, recurring, and value-driven relationships.
• Develop account plans that combine commercial strategy, potential analysis, stakeholder mapping, current opportunities, future needs, and next steps for each account.
• Identify both explicit and latent customer needs, translating them into business opportunities, potential solutions, and value propositions aligned with the Prosumer strategy.
• Prospect and qualify new potential customers within the Prosumer ecosystem, identifying segments, stakeholders, or projects with growth potential.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across business, operations, sustainability, procurement, engineering, and technical teams, adapting the commercial approach to the priorities of each stakeholder.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Offer Management, Services, Pricing, Marketing, and Partners to transform customer needs into competitive technical and commercial solutions.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up of the pipeline, open opportunities, sales forecasts, next steps, and risks, ensuring strong commercial discipline and visibility into account progress.
• Gather customer and market insights to support the Prosumer strategy, identifying offering gaps, emerging needs, and potential improvements in services, solutions, or go-to-market approaches.
• Lead discovery meetings, workshops, business reviews, and consultative discussions that strengthen customer relationships beyond individual opportunities.
• Contribute to the profitable growth of the Prosumer business through a combination of account management, demand generation, new customer acquisition, and conversion of strategic opportunities.
