What we're looking for

Requirements:

• Native fluency in Portuguese (oral and written).
• Good level of English (mandatory) and Spanish (valued).
• Valid work authorization in the EU.
• Previous experience in customer service or the commercial area in Portugal (or with a Portuguese audience).
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work with autonomy, focus, and a sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work 8 hours daily in rotating shifts, between 10:00 and 20:00 (Monday to Friday). Note: The schedule may include Saturdays in the future.
• Availability to work at our Customer Support Center - Fuengirola, Málaga.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Agent, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers via telephone, email, and chat.
• Resolving doubts and problems, presenting fast and effective solutions.
• Registering information and updates accurately in internal systems.
• Providing technical support and scheduling maintenance and/or repair services.
• Executing administrative tasks (e.g., invoices and commercial contracts).
• Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve service.
