What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Organize the technicians' schedules.
- Plan the technicians' work, optimizing their routes and travel times.
- Manage technician availability, optimizing the capacity of each team.
- Follow up with technicians on a day-to-day basis regarding how their services are progressing.
- Telephone support in incident management
- Manage cancellations and no-shows, ensuring the active search for alternatives to rescue the appointment beforehand.
- Provide support to other departments through different channels when they require service availability, prioritizing according to the criteria established in Highway.
- Plan the overnight travel of technicians, organizing and optimizing service routes.
- Ensure the efficiency of services and calls
- Daily activity reporting
