You will join us as a Data Center Operations Technician in our IT Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, Service Management and Governance department, a highly specialized team in systems infrastructure solutions, virtualization, on-premises and/or Cloud based on solutions from the main leading manufacturers in the market.

We execute managed Infrastructure services for large national and international clients. Additionally, we carry out projects with cutting-edge technology and extraordinary impact.

• Perform assigned tasks related to Systems and Operations in Data Centers

• Management of access to the Data Centers.

• Infrastructure management: climate control in rooms. Level 1 support

• UPS infrastructure management. Level 1 support

• Electrical infrastructure management. Level 1 support

• Inventory management.

• Remote hands operation of equipment

• Backup tape management.

• Delivery and collection of material.

• Equipment management: racking and un-racking of equipment.

• Equipment cabling.

• Room organization.

• Warehouse management.

• Management of electrical consumption and energy efficiency.

• Management of SCADA alerts in 24/7 monitoring. Outside of working hours, the operations service will be supported by the escalation of infrastructure incidents from the Critical Services Center.

  
  Availability to perform 1 week of on-call duty per month according to calendar

This is an on-site position in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
