The role

Are you passionate about the energy sector and want to be an active part of the energy transition? This is your opportunity! In this role, you will play a critical part at the heart of our operations, integrating into the Control Center to manage the Emergency, Operation, and Service Desk areas in real time, always guaranteeing the security and continuity of supply in the Transmission and Distribution Network. We are looking for a highly decisive, analytical profile with a great capacity for response, who enjoys monitoring key parameters through SCADA systems and telecontrol, agilely coordinating the response to critical incidents (P1 and P2) and supervising the operations of satellite plants (LNG/LPG). If you possess technical rigor, excellent communication skills for the transfer of information in dynamic environments (shift work) and are motivated to take on the responsibility of protecting the infrastructure and the efficiency of the service, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

You will work in three areas: Emergencies, Operations, and Service Desk.

Answering incoming calls (or other communication channels to the Control Center), gathering necessary information from callers, in accordance with established procedures and criteria, to categorize the priority of action and classify alerts based on their importance, to ensure their resolution within established timeframes, always within the P1 and P2 scope (emergency and urgent alerts involving safety or continuity of supply on networks and facilities).

Assigning the corresponding teams to the alerts received, based on their availability and proximity to the incident location, transmitting the information they need for resolution.

Carrying out daily monitoring of the operation of the gas transmission and distribution network, analyzing its key parameters to ensure compliance with those established in the Operations Plans, as well as detecting potential deviations and taking action to correct them, mobilizing resources if necessary.

Collaborate in managing information from the natural gas Transmission and Distribution Network collected by SCADA and other supervision applications. Participate proactively, in coordination with other Operations units, to update said information, according to the needs of operations and real-time management.

Control the proper functioning of communications and remote control systems, as well as collaborate in their maintenance, with the aim of ensuring that network information is received at all times and that action can be taken on its elements when required.

Control access to facilities, detecting possible cases of intrusion to guarantee their integrity, verifying their proper functioning through remote control systems, and mobilizing resources when necessary. Also check that no parameter remains out of range once personnel leave the facilities.

Analyze, authorize, and supervise the execution of all Authorizations carried out on the natural gas Transmission and Distribution Network, and satellite regasification plants for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Supervise real-time operations of satellite regasification plants for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Properly hand over information regarding the state of operations and relevant events, by recording them daily in the available supports, and during the handovers carried out during shift changes.

Coordinating the shutdowns and reopenings of large commercial or industrial sites for MOP > 4 bar, calculations of gas leaked due to third-party damage in the natural gas network, extraction of gas quality data from LNG plants
