Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Surveying, or Building Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in the construction of industrial buildings and critical facilities.
Advanced level of English.
Proficiency in construction management platforms such as ACC, Procore, or similar.
Proficiency in Presto, Cost-It, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Deep knowledge of the Building Management Act and other applicable regulations.
100% on-site presence required.

The role

Currently, they require a Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or Building Engineer, with approximately 2 years of experience to support the Works Execution Management in projects located in the Community of Madrid.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the execution of the works, complying with all the functions set forth in the Building Management Act.
Review and approve the materials and equipment to be used in the construction.
Guarantee compliance with all safety regulations and standards on site.
Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the works and communicate any deviations to the project management team.
Collaborate with the design team and other professionals to resolve technical problems that may arise during the execution of the project.
Collaborate with the Health and Safety coordinator.
