About the role

At SENER, we want to bring on board a Senior Electrical Antenna and Passive Components Engineer to carry out the RF design of passive microwave equipment (filters, antennas).

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for the electrical design of microwave components and equipment (antennas, couplers, dividers, filters, ...), monitoring prototype manufacturing and testing until their correct operation according to customer specifications, ensuring project execution within schedule and budget.

  • You will carry out measurements and adjustments in the laboratory on the designs carried out.

  • You will contribute to the technical proposals for electromagnetic design.

  • You will coordinate the technical work within the projects, providing support to the project manager.

  • You will write the documentation associated with the project.

What we expect from you

  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Bachelor of Science. A master's degree in telecommunications will be positively valued.

  • Demonstrated experience in the use of commercial electrical design software such as CST, MWWizard (MICIAN), or HFSS.

  • Experience in the design and synthesis of RF filters and various types of antennas (horns, patches, helices, arrays, ...).

  • Experience in laboratory measurements (use of network analyzers, ...).

  • Knowledge of radar will be valued.

  • Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
